Time & Attendance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Time & Attendance Manager to join reputed company at Walt reputed company World Resorts. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring reputed company of reputed company Time and Attendance reputed company Members, ensuring accurate time and attendance tracking for over 65,000 reputed company reputed company members.
This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and mentor reputed company of reputed company Time and Attendance reputed company Members to ensure accurate time and attendance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement new policies and procedures to improve time and attendance processes
- reputed company expertise on time, pay, and attendance policies to key stakeholders
- Participate in reputed company to improve the accuracy and efficiency of time and attendance tracking
- Identify areas for reputed company improvement and implement solutions to reputed company daily objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, work relations, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with time and attendance systems, such as MY TIME (reputed company, Workbrain)
