We are seeking a highly motivated and talented MBA Intern to join our Corporate reputed company & Development team at reputed company, a leading reputed company and Defense company. As a member of reputed company, you will play a key role in shaping the reputed company strategic direction of reputed company and identifying potential M&A targets. About the Role

As an MBA Intern in Corporate reputed company & Development, you will support reputed company strategic reputed company and transactions, analyze market opportunities and competitive dynamics, evaluate potential acquisition targets, and reputed company presentations for reputed company leadership and the reputed company of Directors. You will have reputed company to work closely with senior management and reputed company valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market opportunities and competitive dynamics
• Evaluate potential acquisition targets (including valuation, structuring, and actionability)
• reputed company presentations for reputed company leadership and the reputed company of Directors
• Support reputed company M&A transactions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA (must not graduate prior to August 2025)
• 2+ years of prior reputed company experience (at a reputed company or in an internal reputed company role) or transactional experience (at an investment bank or in a corporate development role)
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent business judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to take ownership of assigned reputed company, handle ambiguity, and independently drive for results
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Industry experience in reputed company and/or Defense
• Demonstrated experience building credibility and respect across functions and organizational reputed company
