As an Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician, you will:
- Respond to user inquiries and reputed company technical support reputed company phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
