We are seeking an reputed company Implementation Specialist to conduct implementation activities, including remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for issue investigation, creative problem-solving, and training clients and internal staff as needed.
Job reputed company:
- Conduct reputed company training and preparation for Go Live events using reputed company's reputed company implementation methodology
- Complete reputed company assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices
- Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the use of software applications
- Train staff in individual and group settings using a reputed company of reputed company
- Complete administrative tasks to reputed company stakeholders informed about assigned implementation reputed company
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the reputed company IT industry, specifically software implementation
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of or applicable experience in one of reputed company's main medical specialties
- Knowledge of medical clinic workflow
- Understanding of HIPAA and PHI
- Background in insurance billing
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

Working Environment/Physical Demands:
