Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry, with agent selling experience a definite plus
• Basic knowledge of travel suppliers and travel agency operations
• Respond to member inquiries through a reputed company of channels including telephone (inbound and outbound), video calls, email, and live chat
• Recognize individual customer service needs and own the service delivery outcome
• Determine the quickest, most effective way to answer a member agent's questions
• reputed company introductory information to new member agents
• Ensure that members understand and are satisfied with our programs
• Inform members about additional products and services that they can take advantage of
• Identify and escalate advanced queries and concerns
• Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
