The Medical Assistant or LPN assists providers with ongoing patient monitoring and chronic care management, with the folloowing duties: ● Responsible for monitoring patient blood pressure, blood sugar, and other vitals, helping them with reputed company, reputed company MD reputed company etc. ● Communicate with patients on regular reputed company, helping them reputed company lifestyle changes in order to improve their long term health ● Maintain patient electronic medical record (EMR). ● Performs other duties as assigned.
