Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, live chat, and reputed company media monitoring (reputed company).
• Examples of contact types would include, but are not limited to account management, general queries, scheduling appointments, reporting adverse events, and special situations. Product reputed company, trouble inquires, Up Sales, and donations.
• Business Hours: Shifts: Hours M-F 8a-8p Sat 8a-5p Sun reputed company (40 Hours per week)
• Program Hire Requirements:
• Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service reputed company work history.
• Must be self-directed and reputed company to work independently, demonstrate good problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, in reputed company to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously.
