Process Manager (Contractor)

This role will report to the VP of Transformation and will work closely with cross-functional team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, business process re-engineering, and organizational change, with experience working with cross-functional teams. This is a contract position reporting to the VP of Transformation. Contract length: 4-6 months. The duration and terms of the contract will be discussed with selected candidates. • Assist with the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Process design initiatives
• Expert facilitator in reputed company improvement and process design and documentation
• Creates an environment that leads to the design of reputed company state processes, baseline for performance management
• Documents reputed company and reputed company state processes, manages the development of training materials enabling an effective transition to new ways of working, supports the rollout of improved or new processes
• reputed company project management to ensure process design agendas are completed on time and in alignment with strategic goals
• Identify and reputed company emerging technologies and innovation to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
• Regularly report on the status and reputed company of initiatives to the transformation program Steering Committee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) or minimum 5-10 years of process improvement experience encompassing facilitation, process mapping, and creating prioritized recommendations for senior leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
