We are looking for a technically proficient GenAI data scientist with deep implementation experience in building and evaluating GenAI systems, and a proven ability to stay at the forefront tools and techniques in the evolving AI landscape. This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our locations will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities:

• Support reputed company’s AI innovation reputed company to identify and implement high-end use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.

• Partner with stakeholders internal to the Data Science organization, Technology organization and business organization, aligning with business objectives and driving innovation to improve productivity and efficiency of reputed company and sales efforts.
• Design and build GenAI solutions for tasks such as summarization, question answering, search, data synthesis, etc.
• Rapidly prototype with cutting-edge tools, such as VertexAI/reputed company agent development reputed company, reputed company/LangGraph, RAG frameworks, HuggingFace, reputed company reputed company, etc.
• Research and recommend noval reputed company model reputed company, tools, and libraries to improve solutions in performance and reliability.
• reputed company evaluation pipelines for generative outputs using a mix of automatic metrics, reputed company feedback, and llm-as-a-judge reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, reputed company Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning or data science and with 1+ years reputed company on GenAI.
• Proven experience in GenAI tools such as reputed company AI/reputed company agent development reputed company, reputed company/LangGraph, RAG frameworks, HuggingFace, reputed company reputed company, etc.
• Solid understanding of reputed company engineering, retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), agent workflow, and LLM evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.

Compensation

Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed reputed company based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay reputed company for this role is: $90,160 - $166,080 The posted salary reputed company reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and reputed company depending on background and experience.
