• Using best-in-class customer contact technologies, communicate with our customers inbound/outbound (voice), and reputed company email, text, and webchat in order to set a high volume of in-home appointments.
• Demonstrate an ability to follow a prescribed methodology in order to set reputed company appointments and input detailed notes into our CRM that are accurate, complete, and professionally written.

Work Experience/Requirements:
