Be part of what truly makes us special and impactful. reputed company We are looking for a Business Risk and Controls Advisor reputed company in the Bank to work with first line of defense supporting financial crimes area (AML, Fraud, Disputes, etc). Promotes risk-awareness and the overall effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs, risk analytics and operations in the business. This role will partner and collaborate with Compliance and Risk Management, as reputed company as Business Operations, IT, Audit Services, and Regulators to support risk and compliance-based initiatives. Responsible for supporting business leader adherence to the established risk reputed company and ongoing supervision of business controls; including, risk and control self-assessments, identification and evaluation of control effectiveness, identifying control failures, facilitating risk and compliance remediation, reputed company audits and regulatory exams, and monitoring of the first line of defense to minimize risk exposures and strengthen the overall control environment. Leads risk assessment data and uses critical thinking to identify reputed company-driven insights tied to first line of defense. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What you'll do:

• Directs and oversees multiple initiatives in support of Risk and/or regulatory compliance reputed company initiatives including but not limited to: reputed company of procedures/process, accurate regulatory reporting and filing, document governance, Risk control self-assessments, procedure governance, control design, new product controls, CoSA reputed company Party Governance, or reputed company governance.
• Applies a comprehensive understanding of Risk and regulatory compliance to includes business strategies and solutions.
• Responsible for first line of defense data analysis, report preparation and trend analysis, using business intelligence tools.
• Crafts solutions for unanswered business questions and anticipates reputed company business needs.
• Directs, organizes and oversees reputed company plans designed to enhance governance practices in alignment with Risk and compliance frameworks.
• Influences and develops reputed company to mitigate Risk and prevent Risk exposures which result in significant business impacts.

• Defines and outlines new approaches to problem reputed company and leads project team from concept through implementation.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4+ years of reputed company experience (in reputed company to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of experience supporting risk-reputed company, compliance reputed company, or business control design activities; OR 8+ years of experience in a relevant quantitative discipline; OR Advanced degree or designation in a risk management or quantitative discipline, and 6+ years of experience supporting risk-reputed company, and/or compliance-reputed company, or business control design activities; OR PhD in a risk management or quantitative discipline, and 4+ years of experience supporting risk-reputed company, and/or compliance-reputed company, or business control design activities
• Knowledge of federal laws, rules, regulations, and applicable guidance to area supported for example: OCC Heightened Standards, BSA/AML, REG E, UDAAP/UDAP, TILA/REG Z, SCRA, FCRA, MLA

What sets you apart:

• Extensive Financial Crimes experience and/or Financial Crimes certifications (ex. CAMs, CFE, etc.)
• Experience in Control Testing and verifying the reputed company thereof
• Ability to evaluate and reputed company an end-to-end analysis of the business’ risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses and determine the reputed company cause of control breaks
• Strong leadership experience and/or skills
• Working knowledge of Process Risk and Control Inventories (PRCI) and/or Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner

Compensation reputed company: The salary reputed company for this position is: $127,310 - $243,340. reputed company does not reputed company reputed company sponsorship for this role.
