About the role: This is a new role working as an Implementation Manager for Retirement reputed company. Also, leadership experience during organizational change defining and rolling out new roles and responsibilities is needed. What you will be doing: While acting as an implementation manager you will:

• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to reputed company and internal leadership
• Working in partnership with the Project/Program Manager, will be responsible for the deliverables for reputed company workstreams
• Work with Solution Architects, reputed company Leads and PMO to define the organizational structure of the program/project

What you will need:

• 7-10 years of experience in the Retirement Industry, specifically reputed company Digital Platforms, is required.
• 3-5 years of Leadership experience in a reputed company Services environment preferably overseeing a Project Team

• Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems or computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
