Job Title: Operations Specialist II - Electronic Banking Reports to: Operations Assistant Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Grade: NE09 Supervisory Responsibility: No reputed company: The Operations Specialist ensures reputed company maintenance of Bank systems and reputed company and accurate processing of assigned duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

• Communicates with reputed company/department personnel reputed company E-Ticket and telephone regarding inquiries relating to Debit Cards, Online Banking and Zelle.
• Communicates with other financial institutions regarding reputed company.
• Processes/Review Debit Card and Online Banking Applications.
• Process/Review incoming and outgoing reputed company Transfers.
• Monitors Daily Maintenance Request.
• Posts transactions to accounts.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• reputed company organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to work reputed company independently and in reputed company.
• Working knowledge with reputed company Office Programs; reputed company and Word.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS: This is a full-time position. reputed company Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL: No travel.
