The MGB ACO is part of a statewide effort to restructure the care delivery system in ways that improve health reputed company in vulnerable populations. • Use clinical skills and knowledge to build relationships with patients of diverse backgrounds and clinical presentations

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Master’s of reputed company Work Degree from an accredited program required.

Licensure:

• Will consider LCSW or LMHC and Master's in mental health counseling.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community or health setting.

• Must have demonstrated ability to work with medical professionals and individuals experiencing reputed company mental health challenges and their families.

FISCAL: This is full time grant funded position with the possibility of extension pending funding renewal.
