As a BCBA at Connect n Care ABA, you will:

• Conduct functional and reputed company-based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc
• Customize treatment plans to address the childs deficits based on assessment results
• Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
• reputed company and effectively supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and reputed company as appropriate
• reputed company behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
• Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members

Qualifications:

• reputed company certification as a reputed company-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
• At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience highly preferred
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
• Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
