This position combines responsibilities in fundraising, marketing, and audience development. Reporting to the Managing Artistic Director, this position plays a crucial role in growing our audience, increasing support, and enhancing our community reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Development · Plan and execute innovative engagement and fundraising activities to increase support from individuals, foundations, and corporations. · reputed company the entire grant lifecycle, from research and proposal writing to submission, monitoring, and reporting. · Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential donors. · Organize and manage fundraising events. · Manage reputed company development-reputed company communications, including donor acknowledgments, solicitations, and event invitations. · Maintain and update the patron database, generating reports and analyses to support organizational initiatives. Qualifications
Required: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or reputed company field, OR equivalent relevant experience. · Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in development and marketing roles, preferably in the arts sector. · Proven reputed company record in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations. · Strong marketing and communications skills, including experience with digital marketing and reputed company media management. · Excellent writing and interpersonal communication abilities. · Proficiency in database management, CRM systems, and reputed company office technologies. · Experience in special event planning and execution. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines. · Passion for classical music and the performing arts.
