Job title: Traveling, Housing Administrator Company: reputed company Community Support Center Job reputed company: Under general direction, the Administrator administers directives set forth by the reputed company of Directors, Property Supervisor and Vice President of Operations; conducts the affairs of the local home in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, laws and ordinances. Manages and controls the functions of reputed company departments of the retirement community to reputed company reputed company services reputed company budgetary boundaries. This position will travel to communities throughout reputed company Housing portfolio. Pay reputed company for this position is $70,000-75,000 annually depending on experience. $1500 sign on bonus! TRAVEL 50% of JOB Work Duties

• Traveling administrator will be responsible for covering at communities where Housing Administrator support is needed and or were project support is needed
• Coordinates the operations and delivery of services; prepares, plans and executes the policies for the services offered;
• Supervises department heads, including instructing, assigning and reviewing work, planning, maintaining standards, coordination activities, allocating personnel, acting on employee problems, selecting new team members, and recommending/approving transfers/promotions, discipline, termination, and salary increases; promotes staff development and motivation; oversees a program for orientation and training for reputed company; writes performance appraisals; process payroll, interprets personnel policies and practices;
• Monitors the financial condition of the community; estimates present and reputed company financial needs; monitors, prepares, and administers financial analysis, budgets, and cash management;
• Participates in area and state association meetings, committees, etc;
• Prepares and presents regular reports to the reputed company of Directors;
• Devises plans for disaster and emergency response;
• Responsible for the preparation of estimated annual budgets;
• Responsible for the operations, programs and problems, and resources available to resolve Home problems;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education –

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a major in one of the reputed company disciplines concerned with service to people such as reputed company work, business or public administration or a reputed company field.

Experience/Training –

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager for reputed company housing community;
• Membership and reputed company participation in reputed company and community service organization is reputed company helpful; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations –

• Requires possession of a Class C California Drivers’ License
