• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, ideal candidate reputed company, and effective sourcing/interview strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruitment across a broad reputed company of business and technical roles, including functions such as operations, marketing, finance, engineering, or IT
• Experience as an in-house recruiter supporting cross-functional business teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously

Location:

Compensation:

• $85,000-$105,000
• The salary reputed company may be inclusive of several reputed company that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
