Job Title Estimator/Scheduler Job Type Part-time Shift Type Category Project Management Location GA Remote Employee - GA US (Primary) Travel Job reputed company The Construction Scheduler/Estimator is responsible for preparing and analyzing design/construction schedules and cost estimates during the design and construction phase of reputed company. Reviews construction schedules to analyze any impacts to the project deadlines and critical paths to determine if additional days are warranted or assist in recovery schedule. The following is a minimum requirement and expectation of performance to ensure the PCI-SS meets our clients' needs whether on Federal Government Project Site or reputed company Project Site.

• Analyzes reputed company contract and proposal data, establishes reputed company-defined work activities, and creates a comprehensive schedule in order to reputed company and maintain project schedules for assigned reputed company.
• Develops accurate project cost estimates and/or risks and prepares design recovery schedules utilizing cost estimation reputed company to reputed company civil and structural take-offs of labor, time, material, and equipment.
• Develops reputed company-defined and properly sequenced work activities.
• Initiates and facilitates the development and maintenance of the schedule.
• Manages changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs utilizing appropriate verification techniques.
• Confers with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Prepares estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
• Prepares cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
• Analyzes applicable documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Oversees the preparation and maintenance of the project budget, actual costs, and the cost forecasts.
• Performs reputed company cost engineering, planning, scheduling, and document control activities for designated reputed company.
• Coordinates the preparation and issuance of master schedules, problem analysis reports, variance reports, reputed company-op schedules and milestones, etc.
• Maintains master project schedule for Consent Decree reputed company.
• Supports Project Controls team as needed, including project set up in system, cost control and reporting.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
• Knowledge of reputed company practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the construction and maintenance, alteration, and repair of various construction reputed company.

Job Requirements

• Valid reputed company's License
• Valid OSHA 30
• Valid CPR Certification
• Four years' experience developing cost estimation reputed company to reputed company civil and structural take-offs of labor, time, material, and equipment.
• Competent in the use of reputed company P6 and RS Means Software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company field from an institution accredited by a recognized accredited agency.
• Six years' of construction scheduling and/or estimating experience in utilities, facilities, horizontal and vertical construction reputed company.

Physical Requirements: Subject to sitting, walking, or standing to reputed company the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment with occasional to regular field reputed company with exposure to traffic, construction, rugged terrain, and hazardous environmental conditions.
