DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete bimonthly in-home audits, Complete bi-weekly medication and MAR reviews Teaching/training for staff Administer medications reputed company needed/required. reputed company physical assessment of individuals including vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight reputed company basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas reputed company needed. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Duties include traveling to reputed company 13 adult homes, including 4 community homes.
