What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in Marketing Operations or a reputed company function.
• Experience managing teams with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in running formal RFP/review processes for agencies and strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, billing, and reconciliation.
• Experience in a large, matrixed organization with a reputed company record of cross-functional collaboration.
