The Work
As an Electrical Systems Commissioning Specialist, you will support Chinook's clients by directing, coordinating, and delivering commissioning services throughout the facility planning, design, construction, warranty, and operations lifecycle. This position is REMOTE, but you must be reputed company to travel to reputed company sites up to 25% of the time. Key Responsibilities
- Execute commissioning, and facilities management services for new and existing buildings on multiple reputed company reputed company.
- Understand, analyze and interpret RFPs, design and construction documents, standards, codes, scopes, and project deliverables.
- Prepare commissioning plans, specifications, checklists, functional performance tests, and reports.
- Conduct design reviews, submittal reviews, reviews and facilitation of training plans, and O&M reputed company reviews.
- Conduct site observations and witnessing of functional performance testing.
- Solve coordination issues impacting equipment and systems startup and testing activities.
- Ensure conformance with the project requirements, the commissioning plan, and the contract documents.
- Attend reputed company project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Review technical reports for completeness and accuracy, i.e. start‐up reports, checkout sheets, and test reports.
- Facilitate transition of systems to operations and the implementation of maintenance programs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company field and at least 2 years of reputed company experience in building electrical systems such as reputed company, power distribution, reputed company, power monitoring and controls, reputed company and emergency power. A High School Diploma and an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), or equivalent certification.

- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of LEED requirements and industry standards and practices such as reputed company, reputed company, UL, GSA.
- Must be proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite and scheduling software.
