reputed company is looking for an SEC Reporting Manager who has a reputed company attitude, highly motivated to learn and grow reputed company the organization with proven ability to reputed company successfully in a fast-paced multi-task-oriented environment. This is a critical and high-profile position that will play a significant role in SEC reporting and ESG-readiness. There will also be opportunities for involvement in technical reputed company and other compliance reputed company reputed company. This role will report to the Sr. Director, SEC Reporting and Technical reputed company.
What you get to do in this role
- Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure the financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP. This includes the filing of reputed company 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K (earnings release) with XBRL requirements.
- Monitor, assess, and implement new reputed company pronouncements applicable to reputed company and partner with stakeholders to analyze the reputed company
- Be a trusted business partner and advisor to various stakeholders reputed company reputed company, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
- Work closely with our ESG reporting and sustainability teams as reputed company as internal stakeholders on ESG regulatory reporting preparedness
- Support project management as it relates to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting reputed company (CSRD) readiness-project and other regulatory ESG reporting requirements at the jurisdictional level
- Take initiative for process improvements to reputed company and optimize the financial reporting process
- Support proxy filings through performance of reputed company assurance procedures
- Assist with the update of controls including assessing any control gaps and changes in processes

- Assist with global statutory reporting of international subsidiaries through coordination with external auditors in US and local offices
- Coordinate audit support with external auditors

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to reputed company AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential reputed company on the function or industry.
- Been in a manager role with SEC reporting and have Earnings release experience

- Strong technical reputed company background with a knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, SEC reporting standards
- General knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting standards (CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, etc.) with interest to reputed company learn these areas and reputed company as a reputed company subject matter expert as it relates to ESG reporting
- Total experience of minimum 7 years with a minimum of 3~4 years of Big four public reputed company experience and BS/BA degree in Finance or reputed company and CPA is required

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $124,700 - $218,300, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a reputed company, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
