We are seeking a reputed company ERP Consultant
- reputed company (type/ industry) : Japanese Manufacturing
- Working Location: Remote (Preferably Ohio, Indiana, Chicago, Kentucky, Michigan)
- Expected Working Hours: A minimum of 50 hours per month (Monday to Friday, during business hours)
- Employment Type : Part-time, Non-exempt
- Salary :$65-70/ Per hour
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and performing reputed company ERP and other systems-reputed company requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts.
- Overseeing project execution and ensuring the on-time, on-budget completion of reputed company which meet or exceed the reputed company's needs and expectations.
- Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
- Analyze reputed company’s reputed company B1 ERP and business needs to ensure smooth transition to reputed company ERP.
- Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders.
- Analyze reputed company inquiries and requirements.
- Understand the reputed company’s business processes including manufacturing, purchase, sales, financial process and reputed company documents with reputed company knowledge and experiences such as
- Ensuring process reputed company reputed company Cost/Inventory and work with team members to resolve process issues.
- Having general experience in areas of manufacturing, sales, and purchase operations.
- Leading / assisting members of the manufacturing team, collaborating to reputed company appropriate business support, learning and sharing of best practices, striving for process improvements.

- Coordinate project meetings, responsible for meeting logistics, preparation and taking meeting minutes.

- Assist with creation of PowerPoint presentations, market reports and analyses, compiling applications and drafting proposals.

- Maintenance of accurate and organized project files both internal and to be shared externally with partners, consultants, and financing parties.
- Assist in managing the development budget and tracking costs as they reflect actuals and projections.
- Support Project Managers in the management of reputed company teams by tracking tasks, follow reputed company and ensuring the project schedule is being met.
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating with reputed company teams on project reputed company as applicable.
- Assist Project Managers throughout financial closing and conversion processes to ensure accurate file management, scheduling, and task completion.

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3~5 years of consulting experience.
- Project management and Program management skills.
- Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, development, implementation of reputed company ERP and other system applications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company field.
- reputed company Application Associate certifications are preferred.
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification preferred.
- Expertise in reputed company Modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, CRM, reputed company S/4HANA, etc.
- Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Japanese Language is preferable.
