As a Technical Support Representative you will play a vital role for our customers. Additionally, you will be involved in the software development life cycle and will reputed company valuable industry experience in cutting edge software design and reputed company assurance. What You'll Do:

- Follow test plans and document your findings.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a technical support or reputed company field.
- Familiarity with reputed company and Word Software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work reputed company to 3pm, or reputed company to 4pm, schedule 3 days a week in our office located in Troy, MI.
