Business Immigration Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement)

Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience representing multinational corporations looking to sponsor foreign professionals for work visas and green cards and must be comfortable handling a high-volume business immigration workload, including H1Bs, L-1As, L-1Bs, O-1s, E-3s, etc. Prior experience working in the business immigration reputed company group of a large or sophisticated boutique reputed company, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation, is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the business immigration reputed company group of a large or sophisticated boutique reputed company, or a corporate legal department
