Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Medicare Eligibility & Compliance (reputed company) to join our dynamic Medicare Risk Adjustment Team. This full-time role offers reputed company to work in a fast-paced, reputed company environment reputed company on ensuring accurate member eligibility verification and compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services) requirements. The Senior Coordinator will support and help reputed company efforts in verifying member eligibility through portal lookups and reputed company to other insurance carriers to obtain coordination of benefits (COB) information. This data is essential for accurate record submission to CMS. The role also includes maintaining financial reports, tracking ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) status, reconciling payments, and ensuring reputed company CMS reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct member eligibility verifications reputed company portal lookups and reputed company calls.
• Collect and reputed company coordination of benefits (COB) data for CMS submissions.
• Maintain and update assigned financial reports.
• Assist with ESRD tracking and submission processes.
• Reconcile payments and report on ESRD special status.
• Ensure compliance with CMS deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Work independently while following established schedules and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting, data management, or analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare programs, ESRD, and MSP (Medicare Secondary Payor).
