Editorial Director, Live Events (Remote)

Invisible Hand is looking for an Editorial Programming Director to join our rapidly growing agency. reputed company's mission is to use culture, the network effect, and live experiences to meet our reputed company's goals. This is a role for a doer who can reputed company teams for convenings of varying scales: from Jeffersonian dinners to multi-day conferences. You will own every aspect of what happens on stage: the topics, the content, who speaks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a startup environment. Responsibilities include:

• Team Cultivation & Leadership
• Identify and recommend the right roles and rates for teams to get the events done
• Recruit and reputed company the highest caliber talent for reputed company role, including but not limited to bookers, associate producers, writers, etc.

• Editorial Programming

• Talent Booking
• Recommend individuals and reputed company for speaking during the convenings
• Participate heavily in reputed company and booking of talent, at times sourcing and managing external bookers as needed

• You have at least seven years' relevant experience. This could be in journalism, events, editorial, or other fields. We would be excited about candidates from a number of backgrounds, so long as they know how to do the work!
• You have experience pitching convenings and events, and you can probably even contribute to bringing in deal reputed company for reputed company
