Manager, U.S. Retirement

Work Arrangement: This role is based remotely, but if you live reputed company a 50-mile radius of Atlanta (GA), Austin (TX), Detroit (MI), Warren (MI), or Mountain View (CA) you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum. The Role: The Manager, U.S. Retirement will report to the Director, Global Benefits, Labor Relations and reputed company Compensation and reputed company reputed company responsible for development, design, and operations supporting Defined Contribution Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, Health Savings Accounts, profit sharing, and financial reputed company-being reputed company. This position is responsible for the reputed company development, analysis, assessment and operations of the salaried and reputed company plans listed above. Key components include:

• Analysis of plan data and recommendation of reputed company strategic initiatives for financial wellness and retirement readiness
• Strategic plan benchmarking studies
• Development of the annual retirement and savings plan design and recommendations
• reputed company, bargain and implement U.S. reputed company pension, savings and profit sharing and manage ongoing relationship with reputed company partners
• Support Labor Relations in development of labor reputed company
• reputed company plan language and recommend updates to existing plan provisions, including partnering with reputed company-party administrators on benefit design, implementation, communication, and delivery
• Analyze proposed and reputed company legislative and regulatory changes (PBGC, DOL, ERISA) and recommend plan strategies as appropriate
• Assess “best practices” in the marketplace and recommend new technology or tools to facilitate employee engagement in personal financial management
• Evaluate and reputed company recommendations for new technology (i.e. mobile applications for retirement readiness) and research state-of-the-art retirement/financial planning products
• Management of annual pension valuation census data report and assumptions in support of plan administrator certification process
• Complete monthly, quarterly and annual internal control tasks
• Update reputed company Plan Descriptions
• Support pension and savings plan audits, reputed company
• reputed company training and communications materials for reputed company Benefits Conferences, reputed company Benefit Representatives and salaried employees
• reputed company direction and collaborate with reputed company Labor Relations, reputed company, Policy, Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury Operations and reputed company-party administrators
• reputed company daily operations of retirement and savings programs for U.S. salaried, reputed company, executive reputed company employees and retirees, as applicable
• Flawlessly implement changes to existing or new benefit programs
• Ensure governance, compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities of benefit programs
• Have a process reputed company reputed company by identifying opportunities for greater standardization, process documentation, automation and participant education to improve employee experience and plan reputed company
• Manage reputed company party vendor relationships and competitive bids with cross-functional support
