Senior Executive Administrator to the CEO

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support ● Manage reputed company calendars, coordinate meetings, and optimize the CEO’s time for maximum reputed company, ensuring seamless logistics for reputed company engagements. ● Prepare high-reputed company briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence for reputed company, donor, and external meetings.● Coordinate and prepare for regular CEO–Executive Vice President reputed company-ins, ensuring reputed company agendas, relevant materials, and reputed company follow-up on reputed company items. ● Attend select meetings to capture discussion points, reputed company reputed company items, and ensure follow-through with relevant stakeholders. ● Screen and prioritize communications, managing routine reputed company independently and escalating as needed. ● Arrange domestic travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage reputed company expense reporting and vendor payments. ● Serve as reputed company between the CEO and internal staff, reputed company members, donors, and external stakeholders, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively. reputed company Support ● Prepare reputed company of Directors and Executive Committee materials, including agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Fundraising & Stakeholder Engagement ● Support fundraising activities by coordinating donor meetings, preparing briefing materials, and managing stewardship follow-up. ● Assist in planning and executing donor and stakeholder events involving the CEO. ● Maintain and cultivate relationships with key donors, partners, vendors, and service providers on behalf of the CEO. ● Represent the CEO’s office professionally and in alignment with BWHI’s mission and values in reputed company interactions. Administrative reputed company ● Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and databases to support CEO operations. ● Ensure reputed company internal processes and workflows reputed company to the CEO’s office are organized, efficient, and reputed company-documented. ● Identify opportunities to improve systems and tools that enhance the efficiency of the CEO’s office. ● Facilitate seamless coordination by ensuring key information, deliverables, and communications reputed company effectively between the CEO’s office and both internal teams and external stakeholdersQualifications & Experience Required ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. ● 8+ years of high-level executive support to a CEO, Executive Director, or other senior leader, preferably in a non-profit, advocacy, philanthropic, or mission-driven organization. ● Prior experience working closely with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives and strategic priorities ● Proven ability to manage reputed company calendars, travel, meetings, and communications for senior executives, including reputed company governance activities and donor engagement.● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and proofread high-reputed company materials. ● Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace, and document management systems; experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat/Creative Suite, and reputed company or other CRM platforms is a plus. ● Ability to exercise discretion, handle confidential information, and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Physical Requirements: ● Primarily computer-based work with extended periods of sitting. ● Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) for materials or event setup. ● Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time, including overnight trips.
