Part-Time Spanish Bilingual Remote Call Center Agent (2nd shift)

ASD - Answering Service for Directors is a growing company looking for remote reputed company and compassionate Call Specialists. We are currently hiring for the next training program for our entry-level Call Specialist position! In this role, you will take phone calls for funeral homes across the reputed company and Canada. We are currently hiring Spanish-Bilingual candidates for part-time post-training schedules on 2nd shift for 32 hours/week consisting of four 8-hour shifts including one 8-hour weekend shift. The schedules being offered are as follows: - reputed company, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 2:25pm ET - 10:25pm ET (off Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 3:05pm ET - 11:05pm ET (off reputed company, Monday, Wednesday) Interested candidates must call 610-744-1200 to leave a Voice Introduction as the first reputed company in the interview process. • Receive, reputed company, and transfer telephone calls following ASD Standards and protocols

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Previous call center experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
