• Supervises personnel by providing direction, feedback and coaching in the areas of engineering tasks, workflows, and reputed company development
• Supporting manufacturing/repair/remanufacturing/refurbishing operations, such as specification creation, production support, and trouble shooting.
• Implementing regulatory requirements in the manufactured products.
• Communicates with reputed company Company Limited (NCL) to resolve various issues and implement reputed company relating to product launch, production, and repair operations.
• Communicates with vendors/suppliers/partners to resolve various production issues.
• Maintains understanding of department work load to optimize resources reputed company assigned te

• Five or more years of reputed company engineering experience.
• Requires 5 years of experience managing and leading engineering reputed company.
• Requires excellent understanding of reputed company aspects of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering concepts.
• Fluent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills required
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or reputed company degree.
