This role will help cover special events for intermittent periods of time with scheduled hours fluctuating weekly. This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a reputed company, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of Austin, TX. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Accurately pull equipment orders and prepare with the necessary accessories for deliveries
- Assist with the loading/unloading of trucks and equipment reputed company-in
- Deliver and set up equipment in a reputed company, courteous manner exhibiting exemplary customer service skills
- Responsible for maintaining accurate paperwork
- Ensure that reputed company delivery/pick up documents are signed
- Exhibit a reputed company company image on show site and in public
- Operate various audio visual equipment
- Assist with warehouse reputed company and special assignments reputed company assigned
- Remain up to date on new equipment and technology in order to be proficient in the field

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
- Experience with Audio/Visual equipment required
- Experience in the audio visual industry preferred
