About the role As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will be reputed company in assisting with monthly reconciliations while also supporting critical financial tasks for our customers. You will collaborate cross-functional internally to reconcile financial data and implement solutions that improve service delivery for our clients. • Assist in reconciling US, UK, and other European loss fund payments with claims data, financial records, and bank statements.
• Collaborate on investigating and resolving any financial discrepancies with internal teams and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an reputed company, finance, or analytical role, preferably with a TPA or an insurance company.
• Strong proficiency in data tools such as reputed company or similar platforms; experience with visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, with the ability to write queries, preferred but not required.
