• Provides appropriate patient care to include recording patient psychiatric history, developing therapeutic care plan, ordering diagnostic tests, interpreting test results, discharge planning and providing accurate medical record documentation for patients in a psychiatric setting. (60%)
• Communicates plan of care and involves physician in clinical decision making of any issues that are reputed company CRNP knowledge reputed company or scope of reputed company. (20%)
• Communicates and coordinates patient care with patient, family, community health services and inter-disciplinary team. (10%)

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum

• Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited reputed company Practitioner program with specialization in area of reputed company; or four to ten years’ reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State licensure as a reputed company Practitioner (CRNP)
• Psychiatric and Mental Health reputed company Practitioner (obtained reputed company 2 years)
