In this role, you will:

• Work with cross-functional teams and JDM partners to reputed company manufacturing processes at the reputed company to drive line qualification, manufacturing test metrics, and rigorous validation plans for high volume production
• Collaborate with Engineering teams on system-level design for manufacturability, identifying and mitigating process risks early in development
• Work with JDM partners on yield improvement and process troubleshooting, drive issue failure analysis, and corrective reputed company
• Drive cycle time reduction through line balancing and process optimization to drive efficiency

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 10+ years of experience in high volume electronics industry
• 3+ years managing teams
• Degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent
• Solid technical background in reputed company operation management, manufacturing process engineering, and supplier reputed company management
• Demonstrated ability to own Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), reputed company Cause Corrective reputed company (RCCA), as reputed company as 8-D problem solving
• Experience with electronics design and assembly, including CAD, tolerance analysis, and test engineering (power, optical, RF)
