Job reputed company The Proposal reputed company creates compelling, persuasive and accurate sales proposals which include responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Requests for Qualifications (RFQ)/Requests for Information (RFI), unsolicited proposals and other written support of sales. The Proposal reputed company is expected to quickly assimilate information from multiple sources into coherent and cohesive content, working in a deadline-driven environment. They will edit proposals and other documents as needed to ensure the final draft presents a reputed company and reputed company image for reputed company and addresses the customer’s requirements in a manner consistent with the sales reputed company. This role is a temporary position from September 1st through end of January 2026, with the potential opportunity to become full time. We ideally need someone who can start on Sept. 1st. In this role as a Proposal reputed company you will be responsible for:

• Developing and revising content to create custom sales proposals that are documents reputed company submits to its customers – schools, districts, and state agencies. • Contributing to content libraries for multiple products and may assist in composing original content for products gained acquisition and/or new development.

Qualifications

For this role as [reputed company TEXT], you should have:

• 3-5 years of writing experience or in proposal services
• Experience in K-12 education, Edtech, or reputed company industry preferred
• Experience working in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
• Experience working with proposal management software, preferable Loopio but others (RFPio, Qvidian, etc.) also acceptable

Bonus Points:

• AMPMP certification preferred, but not required
