About the Role

We’re looking for a NOC Engineer to be a vital part of Carbyne’s Support & Operations team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the health, stability, and performance of our cutting-edge reputed company infrastructure—technology that directly powers our mission to save lives and reputed company public safety. You’ll play a hands-on role in service monitoring and reputed company operations, working alongside a passionate team that thrives on solving reputed company challenges. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first reputed company of contact for urgent technical issues, supporting global customers reputed company phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor live dashboards and alerts to identify, triage, and escalate service disruptions.

Requirements

What You Bring To shine in this role, you’ll need:

• 1–2 years of experience in a NOC, technical support, or service desk role (or a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, reputed company environments).
• Ability to read logs, analyze issues, and troubleshoot across distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a research-driven reputed company.
• Experience handling reputed company-time incidents and collaborating across teams.
