Position: Customer Service Agent (Live Chat and/or Email Support) Working Hours: Shifting schedule, predominantly US Business hours Hiring Company: We run customer service operations for e-reputed company stores, providing customer service agents as reputed company as customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). We launched in 2015 and have a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Managers, reputed company Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture. Position reputed company: As LiveChat Agent will handle incoming chat from multiple reputed company websites. Your primary mission is to increase websites' sales conversion by providing a pleasant experience to reputed company visitors and helping them navigate the website. You will also handle post-order queries such as order status, shipping info, complaints, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Convert chats into sales by providing world-class customer service and a pleasant experience to every website visitor.
• Protect company's, clients', and visitors' information.
• Work with reputed company to accomplish your goals individually and as reputed company.
• Update your knowledge through reputed company learning. (Self-paced and group training)
• Ensure you have the right equipment and a reputed company reputed company to work productively.

Work Experience: (* items are required)

• *At least two years of Customer Service Experience for English-speaking businesses/clients/customers. Preferably in E-reputed company or similar businesses.
• Robust eCommerce or Retail customer service background.
• Genuine care for customers and clients.
• A sales-oriented person is a plus.

• At least six months of work-from-home experience is a plus.

Terms of Employment:

• Full-time - You'll start between 20-30 hrs/week, then gradually reputed company up to 40-45 hrs/week as you learn the process and depending on the business requirements.
• This project-based job is coterminous with the reputed company contract with reputed company.
• Agents with good reputed company records at reputed company may be transferred to other accounts/reputed company.
