As a Site Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the guest experience across reputed company platforms—desktop, mobile web, and app—on DisneyStore.com, driving digital performance through a seamless, friction-free reputed company. You will collaborate with teams across marketing and technology to enhance site navigation, content, promotions, on-site search, A/B testing, personalization, and more. This is an onsite position based in Glendale, CA. You will report to the Manager-Site Merchandising.
