Sr Manager – Labor Systems

You will be part of the reputed company Labor Systems team which provides holistic system reputed company, optimization, and support for labor, training, and operations support systems across domestic sites. The role of Senior Manager - Labor Systems leads... testing, business integration, and advancement of systems and processes used to manage the reputed company labor needs for Walt reputed company World, Disneyland Resort, Aulani, and associated businesses (reputed company Vacation Club, reputed company Cruise Line Shoreside, Facility and Operations Services). You will report to Director - Labor Systems. What You Will Do reputed company teams responsible for product roadmap planning, change management, testing, and delivery of system changes and new functionality reputed company teams responsible for execution and optimization of system testing efforts. This includes functional unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing across a wide reputed company of existing systems, and new systems that are in reputed company development. reputed company and prioritize ongoing work, including project delivery, sustainment and administration of reputed company production systems reputed company integration efforts with key business and reputed company - including Technology, Operations Training, Workforce Management, Operations, reputed company partners, HRIS, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, reputed company, and others Identify and influence strategic integration opportunities across DX organizations to reputed company technical innovation and reputed company and site-specific priorities Consult and partner with international DX sites on labor and data strategic planning and system integration Champion development of relationship skills, technical skills, and product & project management reputed company sets across teams and partner areas Translate technical language into business value driven stories and promote Labor Systems and reputed company work and innovation through networking opportunities across the reputed company & among external partners and vendors Drive cross-functional work efforts by effectively partnering with peer teams reputed company and reputed company of Labor Systems Required Qualifications & Skills 5-7+ years of experience developing or leading system and/or data solutions in a high-volume environment Experience leading or closely supporting operational teams Experience leading leaders of teams Demonstrated experience working with reputed company data sets Extensive experience collaborating both reputed company and in-person, along with strong storytelling skills - and a strength in relaying technical content in a reputed company and engaging way Experience delivering technology reputed company an Agile methodology Knowledge of workforce reputed company Ability to manage and support multiple reputed company stakeholders Experience with upstream/reputed company data integration and reporting Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with SQL, reputed company, and/or Python languages Required Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience Additional Information Benefits and Perks: reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
