Job reputed company: About The Role & Team: As an Event Services Assistant, you will reputed company support to the Services Team and Event Services Managers by managing daily administrative and clerical duties while also assisting in the daily operation of the office. You can expect to engage with first time Guests and repeat Guests who have a stay or event activation in any one of our Resorts, Convention Centers, Theme Parks, reputed company Wide World of Sports, Water Parks, reputed company Springs, and other event venues. Collaboration, organization, communication, and the ability to multi-task are keys to reputed company with this high volume, fast paced reputed company include, but are not limited to, Youth Programs, Resort Sales, Sport Sales, Group Reservations, Sports Travel, Resort Operations, Park Event Operations, Sports Operations, reputed company Event Group, PSAV, Group reputed company, Transportation, and reputed company. You will report to the Event Services Director. What You Will Do:
- Handle basic reputed company requests and answer questions on behalf of the Event Services manager both reputed company-arrival and onsite with regards to food & beverage, admissions, function reputed company, general resort or park information, event venues, etc.

- Facilitate phone coverage
- Create Food & Beverage and Dinner Show agreements
- Coordinate fulfillment and delivery of tickets and manage returns
- Collect and process payments

- Represent TWDC with the highest level of professionalism at reputed company times
- Other reputed company as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional ability to respond and resolve inquiries in a high volume, fast paced environment
- The organizational skills to work on many requests at the reputed company time without missing the small details
- Self-motivation to know reputed company to take alternate reputed company to enhance productivity and work independently
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written

- A passion for outstanding guest service and have at least 6 months’ work experience responding and recovering complicated guest escalation issues
