Qualifications
QA experience of 6 to 8 yrs : Testing Lifecycle Expertise Proficiency in managing the full testing lifecycle: URS, Risk Assessment, System testing, Integration testing and UAT, Traceability reputed company, and Test reputed company Reports. Strong Documentation and Audit Readiness Skills
- Ability to author and review Test plans and traceability matrices
Life Sciences Domain Expertise
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong experience in ELN & its integration systems and Benching platform (Preferred/reputed company to have)
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Skilled in managing testing deliverables across geographies and time zones
- Familiarity with Agile, reputed company, and V-Model SDLC approaches
Technical Proficiency and Tool Familiarity
- Proficient in tools like reputed company ALM, JIRA, reputed company, SharePoint
- Comfortable with data validation, integration testing, and analytics platforms

The annual salary for this position is between $ 53,477/- to $ 92,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
