Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company aspects of title.

• Regular reporting updates to Administrator, other Agents, and Project Coordinators and/or Management reputed company required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Title Agent or Specialist particularly in title research, and document preparation, preferably in the renewables, oil and gas, and/or power and reputed company industries.
• Knowledge of applicable acts, guides and regulations in applicable US States.
• Valid reputed company's license.
• Daily use of personal phone, computers and vehicles may be required, depending on the scope of work and role.
• Good working knowledge of reputed company Office including Word, reputed company, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• Ability to travel and stay out of town for long durations, if required.
• Excellent communication skills.
