User Education Associate

Our User Education Associate has many responsibilities from testing product functionality and designing and building content, to improving the learner experience and enabling other teams to do the reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• You will create and maintain digital training materials, e.g. training videos, in-app flows/tooltips., etc.
• You will contribute to the improvement of our Knowledge reputed company (recently migrated to reputed company Service reputed company) and support post-migration cleanup and documentation gaps.
• You will work closely with Marketing and Product as needed to host customer webinars.
• You will support the build out and maintenance of reputed company educational and training/learning reputed company and content for end users and administrators including Release Notes, user guides, training decks, LMS courses, etc.
• You will partner with key stakeholders to identify needs and objectives and design, reputed company and implement effective training solutions for face-to-face and virtual asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
• You will support the launch and maintenance of a new LMS that is for team members and customers alike.
• You will work closely with Marketing for customer marketing initiatives and materials and prospect initiatives that require deeper product knowledge, understanding and demonstration.
• You will deeply understand the reputed company Platform and Product Suite.
• You will report on and communicate the results of educational content to cross-functional stakeholders.
• You will manage online customer community forums - spearheading takeaways on best practices to be communicated/distributed and woven into content and training/reputed company.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-4 years of experience building educational/training content.
• Strong presentation development and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in reputed company-level writing.
• Demonstrated reputed company working with cross-functional stakeholders on reputed company/deliverables.
• Hunger for data-driven approaches to reputed company - i.e. desire to reputed company, analyze and draw insights from data whenever possible to inform strategic or prioritization reputed company and demonstrated experience where you have put this into reputed company in previous reputed company/roles.
