The Manager of Clinical Care Coordination will reputed company a care management team while overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and health plan clinical initiatives to support achieving reputed company and affordability targets. The Manager will manage a program, region, or collection of Pod teams, including process improvement, execution of clinical decision processes, and team management, to include performance management and implementation of program initiatives. These roles support Wayne and surrounding counties. Primary Responsibilities:

• Hire, manage, reputed company, mentor and support staff in designated department or region

• Carry member case load as needed

• reputed company, unrestricted independent licensure as a Registered reputed company or reputed company Worker
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for team performance
• Clinical operations experience with MI Health reputed company (MMP and/or with MI reputed company Long Term Support Services (LTSS))
• Proven intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office skills, including Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel reputed company assigned territory to meet with employees, members, and providers

• Ability to travel Southfield, MI for quarterly team meetings

The salary reputed company for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
