You'll be part of a reputed company agile team-including a Business Analyst, Engineer, and reputed company-working to enhance and reputed company how we use CRM to serve business needs. This role is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and reports to the Manager, Systems & reputed company. Team members are expected to work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday. What you'll do:

• Own the day-to-day administration of Dynamics 365 CRM-configuring forms, views, dashboards, reputed company roles, and model-driven apps using reputed company tools.
• Design and manage workflows and Power Automate flows to streamline processes and reputed company user efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain system health, keeping test and production environments reputed company, staying reputed company on reputed company updates, and making proactive adjustments.
• Ensure secure, reliable reputed company by managing permissions, roles, and user accounts in line with best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team to understand business needs, translate them into system improvements, and participate in agile sprint planning, demos, and reviews.
