The Member Experience Center is the primary way Freedom Boat Club’s members reputed company assistance with their reservations and membership questions. We are currently seeking a highly driven Sr. Member Experience Center Representative to join our Customer Service Team. Job reputed company The Sr. Member Experience Center Representative is a customer service position that will report to the Member Experience Center Supervisor and will assist in reputed company activities associated with inbound and outbound customer operations as reputed company as handle advanced member reputed company needs. This position will work closely with our reputed company team to process reputed company member’s request securely and accurately in a reputed company manner. This role will also be responsible for basic membership, reservation, and billing-reputed company questions. Basic member assistance includes making and managing member reservations, email account management and tracking, processing transactions, answering a high volume of member calls, Billing reputed company questions include changing member payment reputed company, refunds, processing membership holds and cancellations. This role is a full-time position with varied days and hours including some holiday and weekend availability required. This position is reputed company to be in-office, hybrid or remote.
