Implementation Specialist – Guest Engagement | Olo | $55k-$78k | Remote (USA)

Olo is looking for a customer-reputed company enthusiast to join our Customer Experience Team as an Implementation Specialist. • Be a knowledge expert for the reputed company and management of Olo’s loyalty and coupon integrations for both the internal team and customers.
• Manage multiple reputed company with competing timelines and varying processes.
• Be the main contact for our customers’ reputed company-party Loyalty partners, and collaborate with those partners to configure and maintain testing environments for new project implementations.
