May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction reputed company and draw requirements. Directly interacts with high reputed company/high profile corporate and/or reputed company reputed company estate clients. Reviews customized reputed company, legal, and reputed company due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to reputed company deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements. Reviews transactions and reputed company documents, including collateral and construction requirements.
